Bilingual Band

 

An expected meeting at a dog park 8 years ago brought the three established musicians together and since then Uber Duber has expanded to a three piece band. Since then, Uber Duber has been highly sought-after as an bilingual band, performing at top nightlife hangouts in Singapore, weddings and cooperate functions and art festivals. They were also featured in Esplanade, Resort World Sentosa and performed overseas as well.

Each of the members bring in their unique skills and Uber Uber’s repertoire consist of Mandarin, English, Cantonese, Hokkien, Thai, Korean, Malay and Japanese. To set the standard high for themselves. Member has to play an instrument and sing. Genres they cover consist of evergreen, ballads, jazz, rock.

Uber Duber is made up Chen Yi on keys and vocals, Nelson on the bass and vocals and Luke on guitar, foot drums and vocals. Together, their unique sound is soothing and emotionally uplifting. Their vision is to spread the joy of music making and let their music accompany their listeners through the various stages of life.
